uhhhh they used to let me watch,, for a few seconds,, then,, waaaaaaa....
“and stuck him with the bill. “
The local sheriff performed a no-knock raid and smashed in the door of my rental unit. They arrested the two elderly and ill residents and left the door on the floor with all the renter’s stuff exposed for theft. They didn’t even prop the door back in place. (Twelve guys in armor. Machine guns and an armored vehicle. I guess I’m lucky they didn’t drive the armored car into the house.)
we have seen this happen all too many times where some judges just sign any search warrant requests that are placed in front of them by police or state authorities
such judges should be both removed from office and put in prison
they make a mockery of our constitutional rights
I feel so sorry for this guy!
Then that is one weird and unnecessary protocol that really sounds unconstitutional if you ask me.
That's going to piss off the civil trial jury.
I’ve never had the cops actually enforce the law against bad guys when they had the opportunity to do so for me.
But they will always write you a ticket for an obscure traffic violation when you’re trying hard to obey all the rules.
Upon arrest most jails make you strip, bend over, spread your cheeks and cough. That is as invasive as it gets. This is utter insanity and the victim will be wealthy when all is said and done.
In places like San Francisco, one needs to buy someone dinner in order to get that sort of treatment.
Maybe this is what they call proCtocol.
Ohh geez! :)
Rectum? It nearly killed ‘im!
I always try to remember that if you took away every break a cop ever gave me, it would probably add up to about 5 years.
This is pretty outrageous, but I don’t think they did it for kicks. I imagine they were pretty darn certain the guy had drugs.
And a side thought....would all this have been OK if they had found drugs?
Guess they never heard of an X-Ray.
That’s rape. If that happened to me, and the law didn’t punish the perpetrators sufficiently, I would.
Exceptr the aliens don't stick you with the bill.
I wonder if he a silver plan.
As I’ve said many times before, I’m surprised governments have been liberalizing the sodomy laws. Usually they hate competition.
Maybe that’s where they get the expression “fingering the suspect.”
