I wish I lived near you. I'm pretty damned handy, have a good work ethic and skills taught to me by my Pop and I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty. And I have plenty of well used tools. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, electronics, automotive. I fix $h!t. Period.
And barter is perfectly acceptable. But travel isn't really an option.
