In the US, the president's health plan considers those up to age 26 as children. Most of his supporters, regardless of age vote for ever more government supervision - effectively acknowledging that they are not adult enough to administer their own lives. This is a horrible story which is no doubt repeated weekly/daily in the prehistoric regions of the world.
