When my Daughter was around 4 years old, I was just playing with her and I talked like a pirate for just a few words. This would have been nearly 35 years ago.
Anyway she told me: “talk like that again”. I guess even kids recognize the interesting words and inflection of pirate talk.
Don't say "even kids" say "especially kids". They have a genius for this sort of thing. Their minds are pure and clear. I state this authoritatively as a grandfather.
