The family members interviewed in the story are like, “We weren’t there so we don’t know what happened.” Who would ram another car with their car when their own small children are in the back seat?? And then speed away?? Even if the reports ARE wrong and the initial collision was accidental, why speed away? Driving uninsured or unlicensed?
Sad for the children.
