Is it possible for a white person to be the victim of racism?

Does a white person have the right to play the RACE CARD?

Is affirmative action racism?

All great questions and in my experience the answers are No. No. Yes.

20 years ago I filed an EEOC complaint with the Feds when a Black woman was promoted over me after I had been given the position. I’m White. The EEOC officer was Black. The White witness to the event told me privately she lied to prevent any fall-out. Case dismissed.

EEOC guy told me I was out of line to even file and that it was a union matter. I have never belonged to a union. Black woman was union VIP.

P.S. Black woman and I are still friends.
