parvo. meaning heart worms?
if so and since he is young it can be treated. expensive.
once treated always remember to give pills. some are weekly monthly etc. good luck.
ps spca sold me a collie w heart worms. adult. several hundred dollars later he was good. they forgot to tell me about the pills. his name was cleo. miss him

Parvo isn’t heart worm, it is a canine infectious virus. Two very different diseases. One is brought about by mosquitoes the other is bacteria transmitted.

Parvo is a virus and has nothing to do with worms.

It’s a virus. It usually doesn’t bother dogs over two years old. Once he recovers he should be immune for life.

We definitely worm our pets.
