I didn’t watch the movie, but ran across these GIFs this morning:

They are interesting.

I am so f#%king sick of the fake hype and distraction of posting supposedly live, praise filled Twitter feeds at the bottom of shows while they are going on.

Someone who could figure out how to filter that crap out of the TV feed, including the ads for other shows going on in the corner of the show you're watching, could make a fortune. A fortune.

Ok....I admit it, my daughter and I turned it on an hour into it....we laughed from start to finish.

It was supposed to be a comedy wasn't it? (sarcasm) But we did a lot of laughing.

It is so obvious that the Hollywierd crowd is feeling the sting of this economy. So many older actors, B-string actors, semi-retired actors coming out of the woodwork to create the “Year of the Awful Movies!”

Never saw such thrown together, no talent, no plot, all computer orgiastic clap trap in such a short period of time from television to the movies.

And, yet, Hollywierd continues to support the current administration even though they are starting to feel the pain of it in their own lives. With that being said, last night's Sharknado was good for a few belly laughs for it's awfulness.

The son getting the girl? That insult? *LOL*

I am so glad that I wasn’t doing any sort of drinking game during that movie, I would have been passed out by the 45 minute mark (only because I missed the first 30 minutes)

It was painfully bad as was the movie on just before it.

And just after it! The two heads thing... bad juju.

It was sooo bad! Shame MST3K isn’t around anymore, they would have loved it!

No later than that. The final fame, the all black one that should have had "The End" instead said, in red letters no less, "Fin"...

And it was at that point that my daughter rolled off the couch laughing! “Fin”...perfect.

ROTFL, what did you expect? A masterpiece like "Sharktopus"?

LOL! I was hoping they would increase their cachet by having lasers. It really needed lasers. Maybe on the Hummer, that had nitrox... yeah.. that would do it.

I love B movies, but it was no Lost Skeleton of Cadavra!

My wife tried to watch it and changed the channel after about 20 seconds.

*groans* Really?! Oh that is just so wrong. I missed that completely.

I wonder what the sequel will be called?

I tuned in halfway in and checked information and saw JJ in the credits but missed him. I guess he was removed earlier in the movie.

Brisco had a great cast. I liked Lord Bowler and Professor Whitwire especially. Wasn’t there a woman that kept showing up that only sang one song? Something about staking a claim?

And once again we learn internet buzz != dollars in the pocket. Which we should have learned with Snakes on a Plane, and Serenity, heck there was a whole South Park episode about it.

Wait a minute. You didn't like Serenity? Was there more than one Serenity? Are you talking about the Joss Whedon movie retooled from the Sci-Fi series Firefly? I would have watched that just to see Summer Glau before TSCC.

Science fiction author Orson Scott Card called Serenity "the best science fiction film ever", further stating "If Ender's Game can't be this kind of movie, and this good a movie, then I want it never to be made. I'd rather just watch Serenity again."

Ender's Game coming to US theaters on November 1, 2013.

I liked Serenity just fine, but it made no money. Turned out all those internet browncoats weren’t quite as legion as people thought. It’s a perfectly excellent movie, but all that internet buzz resulted $38 million in total world wide grosses.

It’s been so many years, I don’t recall about the woman.

Fox never really gave the show a chance, unfortunately. I know it was well-received by critics, who praised it, but I guess at the end of the day, it was a ratings issue. And ratings = revenue.

Too bad. Bruce Campbell was originally supposed to play the lead in “Darkman” but the studio felt he didn’t have the gravitas to pull off the role, so it went to Liam Neeson instead - who was very good in the role, to be honest - and Bruce Campbell appears at the very end of the film as the ‘final Shemp’.
