The Russian mafia and former head of the KGB or a Democratic Senator from the stink hole of New York?

I take the Russian mafioso because Russia be loosening totalitarian controls while New York be tightening totalitarian control.

I do not think there are any food police in Moscow but Bloomberg is trying to establish the food police in NYC.
