I lived on 112 & Riverside—across the street from Bank St School of Education. When I walked up to Broadway— Tom’s was just across the street.
I don’t recall 0 either. But some of the guys I did a poetry reading with in the Jazz room at the West End swear 0 showed up with a white girl on his arm.
I’ve actually read some of his poetry from the period. Its not crazy. It just meanders.

First 2 years, I was in Johnson Hall, then rented from Columbia on Claremont Avenue between 122 and LaSalle. Great times!
