He’s saying it’s better for other methods to be tried, because they have a lower death rate. Suffocation death rate is high(est?)
I’m not sure what I’m saying, except that psych drug use has EXPLODED just as suicides have significantly climbed. Some blame the increase in gun ownership - I don’t - I blame the drugs.
What am I missing?!

There are immediately lethal methods of suicide like gunshot and hanging.
And there are less lethal means like pills and cutting wrists.
The less lethal means give time for a rescue.
