This is a fundamental point. If he was never qualified for office and attained it by fraud, then impeachment is not necessary. Numerous criminal complaints can be filed and enforced without the Executive and Constitutional shields. If they were to uphold everything as legit, then I would be very surprised if there wasn't bloodshed... and to be honest, forcing judges to flee or be tarred and feathered in such a case would be light consequence indeed.
