A jury hasn't even been seated yet.

The amount in the settlement is not known, and supposedly not to be made public by any involved party.
This is a Crump “avoid the appeal of the denial of a court ordered deposition” move.
Well, I guess the entire shakedown operation had to hurry up and happen before the opportunity for reparations from deep pockets was lost.

George Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin.
That's a fact, and not disputed by anyone.

Am I alone in wondering what justice was served by this settlement?
Zimmerman isn't personally paying for it.
We don't know if it was murder, or justifiable self-defense yet.
