Any background info on Bebars? Country of origin, immigration status......?

I think Bebars may be Arabic. There is a page on LinkedIn for some guy in NY named Bebars Baslan. Don’t know if its the same one but he seems to be the right age. The background summary says he’s multi-lingual with English and several Arabic dialects. If that helps any.
