If this operation had been a Russian operation, in some way, it’s likely that the soldiers would have been ordered to keep their mouths shut. The authorities would have been completely organized before going out.
What better way to prevent disclosure of a conspiracy than to use an elite foreign squad. My mind is open on this one.
