Eliminate usury on ANY debt, and the same thing happens.I'm not speaking of interest rates and in the case of student loans the rates are nowhere near usurious. No, I'm speaking of eliminating the government (i.e. taxpayer or US bond/bill purchaser)providing the loan principle.
