How does a cemetery get a cranial deformation? I didn’t know they even had craniums!

Of course they have craniums. They are next to the geraniums.
To: Cowgirl of Justice
Hmmm
Put the geraniums in a covered, inverted cranium and you have a cranium geranium terrarium.

Use it in an institution people are sent to rest and you have a sanitarium cranium geranium terrarium.

Great,...just great. We have a Satanist for a President and now an archeologist goes out and digs up some hive of demonic offspring and claims their alien-like appearance is a sign of an ancient cultural hierarchy, which just happened before all humanity in northern Arizona vanished without a trace. Who wants to be the museum guard tonight?

Eating raw turtle eggs must have been a royal delicacy. Notice how the rib cage seems to have broken from the inside out?
Paging Mr. Ridley Scott,....
I wonder if the cemetery had a bunch of urn like sculptures, which began to wiggle when they investigated the site, then started to hatch.....

However that picture which is identified as “infant”, is not, the skull has a full set of teeth, why didn’t they toddler or young child.

You should google “Indian cranial deformation” and hit “Images”.
I didn’t realize how deformed they made themselves.
I remember reading about the “Flathead Indians” of the North west. I later learned they were called that because they DID NOT deform their heads.
To: freedumb2003
GIFT it to aforementioned institution and you have a sanitarium cranium geranium terrarium honorarium.

At what point does grave desecration become archaeology?...Depends on the size of the government grant.

"At what point does grave desecration become archaeology?" When you do it to graves from some other culture.
