When I was ready to ditch cable, I started with Netflix and Hulu and got a digital TV antenna and it’s pretty sweet. Once you buy the TV antenna whatever channels you get in your local area are free (I’d actually forgotten there was still such a thing) and with Netflix & Hulu at $8/each it’s a beautiful $16 solution.

I swore if Obama won I’d trade my Lexus SUV for a Prius - twice the mileage/half the cost including taxes. I don’t want to but I will - particularly now that they’re all excited about finally slamming us with a carbon tax.
“digital TV antenna”....??? Why? There is no functional difference between “regular” TV antennas and so-called “digital” -— it is nothing but marketing. My Mother-in-law happily continues to use her same outdoor antenna she has had since LONG before the digital switchover. She gets lots of channels for free.
Where do you buy a digital TV antenna? A place like Radio Shack?
