I’m not “down in the dumps,” but I am going John Galt on these clowns. (And stocking up on stuff I like.)

I was just on the phone to apologize to my Air Force son for allowing the country I inherited to turn socialist on my watch.

I am tired, old, depressed and broke. I did all I could do to get this guy defeated. Well, we came closer than with McLame but when you lose two in a row, you are out of step with the will of the majority....it is time to fold the tent.

I am taking a break from politics, probably for good. Fag Marriage amendent passed in Washington State. I am out of step on that front too. We now have a nation where abortion, contraceptives and fag marriage are more important to the electorate than a balanced budget, a decent business climate and a sound social security system.

I fear based on how we have turned our back on religion and ethics, Oturd is just the first of many plagues headed for this once great nation. Too bad but the electorate is like a ball lost in the high weeds....money for nothing anc chicks for free is more than a song now, it is a way of life.

I just e-mailed my Army father (Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Air Medals) and issued a similar apology for being a `Pollyanna’ about the mental acuity and character of my fellow Americans. He saw this coming, I didn’t.

I believed, surely America wouldn’t punch this Zero’s ticket again after the last four years! I thought it was a lock. (I know. Don’t call you Shirley.)

So ... `Turn those frowns upside down’? `The sun’ll come up tomorrow’? America just re-elected a huge pile of stable-leavings, knowing what he is ... And there ain’t no pony in there, anywhere.

I’m dropping out, too, oldplayer and doing more prepping. I won’t make a nickle more than I want to be taxed—Why should I work more for less? So that I can turn it over to Zero so he can give it away?—and I’m gaming the system as much as I can. I have a cousin in Alaska and may look into that.

There’s no working to patch something as badly flawed as half this country has proven itself to be tonight. It is what it is.
