The only upside is that:
1) more than likely you will never see another black man elected president in our life time. Didn’t Lincoln warn us about this folly?
2) the DemoRat party is an ink spot in history. TOAST !

I’m going independent after the election only because the GOP will also be flooded with RINO’s, special interests and entitlement storm troopers.
I'm thinking of doing the same. I started out as an indy when only a teenager because I didn't know what either party stood for. My parents were split. I take a lot of pride and some comfort in getting my dem mother to change to Republican after voting straight Dem ticket for 40 years or so. She came from a Pittsburgh steel working union family.
