Oh great. Trump will probably just succeed in taking the Benghazi issue off the front pages
That's what worries me. Even if it is damaging to Obama, if it can be spun as "less damaging" than the recent Benghazi revelation, the media will seize upon it and try to make Obama a sympathetic figure somehow.
Unless this is completely explosive, Trump is giving the media a shiny object to wave at the cameras, leaving Benghazi as yesterday's news.

Benghazi is damaging to Obama and it's obviously already yesterday's news since it was not even mentioned in the last debate.
Why would you think the media would not spin Benghazi?
I think they already have.

Nothing is going to happen before election day on Benghazi. It is already becoming a non-story in terms of the election. The WH will continue to deny, deny, deny and obfuscate. They have already blamed the intel community for giving them false info. Hillary has already said it was her responsibility. The State Department (U/S Kennedy) testified that any US official would have said the same thing Rice did on the Sunday shows. And I don’t see any great public outcry. The MSM will ensure that Obama is insulated thru election day.
