One furry friend with a knack for predicting the winner of presidential elections has spoken.
Mitt Romney will be the next president of the United States of America.
Gnocchi the squirrel chowed down on a bowl of peanuts with Gov. Romney's face over it, selecting the Republican candidate as the winner of the upcoming presidential election.
Serena and Chris Ash, Gnocchi's owners, say this isn't the first time their 9-year-old squirrel has given politics a whirl.
Gnocchi successfully selected Obama in the 2008 Democratic primary. He also picked Obama to win the 2008 presidential election.
Iwonder if someone already mailed in Gnocchi’s ballot!

You know it’s time for a vacation from politics when it gets to the point that you actually care about squirrels picking Romney over Obama.
I’d have been disappointed to learn that some random squirrel with a track record of choosing the next President correctly ate the Obama peanuts instead.
