Yes. Supposedly it was in a bag which he handed to his attorney, Kardashian, as he was being taken into custody.

Do a search for the video of when the verdict was read. You can see Robert Kardashian’s face. That tells it all. His expression at that moment is full on guilt at what he’d done to get OJ off. He turns green and looks like he’s going to throw up.
