no Danny Gatton?
My favorite Danny Gatton story ... heard while attending a Bill Kirchen guitar workshop.
Kirchen (who should be on the list) was taking his tele to the guitar doctor, none other than Danny Gatton. So when Bill came back to pick it up, he thought he’d lay a few licks on the lowly guitar doctor. So after doing so, Danny picked up the guitar, did his thing, causing Bill - pretty much in his own words - to walk out with his tail between his legs, absolutely blown away by Danny.
Danny should be on this list.
