JAPS is a derogative slang term used mostly by the US troops during WWII of the Imperial Japaneses forces.
JAPS, NIPS were common among troops during WWII.

Has anyone bothered to answer your question on who are the JAPS? People are so callous and unresponsive and unhelpful. Only about six times before your post. The rest of us figured that six times was enough, so we didn't bother.
