Desertion killed the Confederacy If the “Cause” wasn’t worth enough for the South to stay the course, we shouldn’t glamorize it today. Those were brave old men who have my admiration on a personal level, but that doesn’t change the fact that the right side won the war.

The Germans would have said the same if they had won WWII.

If the right side had won, state governments would still choose senators, you’d need papers to cross the Mason-Dixon, and Lincoln with his progressive centralized government views would have lost re-election and gone back to being a lawyer.

Secession is nonsense. CW2 talk is stupid.

We are a nation. It need not be divided.

It is time to kick the U.S. Commies a$$.

Remember, November is coming.

Now about your last statement. The correct answer depended on your perspective when that horrible war was over.

We have not seen the current degree of Federal Government Corruption and illegal behaviour since Reconstruction.

Some of my ancestors had a dog in that fight and paid a dear price for resisting. Those ancestors went GTT to overcome those problems.

Texas has never been subjected. It will not be now.
