his usual self one day, and he stopped eating and drinking the next, and
died overnight the next night, even though we tried to keep him hydrated.
I believe that he is in the hands of God, for he was a good boy.

I’ve read more than one Bible scholar who believes God may have our beloved pets waiting for us in Heaven. I choose to believe that.
