That Towing Show has to be staged. It is so blatantly fake.
Operation Repo. They started out with semi-believable stories of what could happen on a vehicle repo, then it became “So all of a sudden this midget wearing a propeller on his back flew over our heads and tried to get into the vehicle! Then right after that, the neighbor comes out with her pet monkey on a leash and it goes and attacks Froy...”.
A friend on my family was on “Survivor” a number of years ago.
She told me that any clothing she planned to wear on the show had to be shipped to the producer’s office for approval long before the taping began.
My SIL used to do that. Probably still does. We had picked up a bunch of NIB Maisto cars for her sons who collected them. We also had given them several other valuable items that belonged to their grandparents.
She shacked up and stored all the stuff that would not fit in her newest squeezes apartment in a storage unit and then quit paying the rent.
There are a lot of disorganized, irresponsible people in the world.

I'm with you. Every week they find an employee w/ medical bills, sickly mother, etc.
We watched a few episodes and decided they go out of the way to find these employees. Got to be SSDD.
The worst was the hotel chain CEO.
He made a point of flaunting his wealth. Wanted to bi#@h slap him.
I have a friend that was in a Lizard Lick Towing episode.
You have to sign a release stating if you start a fight, which they encourage, the 'stars' are going to fight back and if they hurt you, tough.
Not too hard to understand, they wouldn't televise those auctions that their cast didn't win.
