What are the furthest radio stations on Am you can get at night from there. From here in Portland, Maine the furthest I ever got was an AM station in Texas.

Boston's pretty easily to get during the day.

New York is easy to hear at night. As early as 4pm in the winter.

Chicago's pretty good at night too.

I have - when weather was good and I played around with my best AM receiver - gotten as far as LA.

Interesting that the receiver I’m talking about is an old portable b&w TV designed to run on batteries! One of those 5 dollar garage sale deals!

TV is worthless now since digital, but the most sensitive AM setup I’ve ever seen. If I was more ambitious, I’d yank it out, build a cabinet and toss in a power supply. Maybe in like 2315 when I don’t have nuthin else to do!
