Well, the best thing is to show up at the hearing and tell them exactly what you told us here. You provide the best evidence and demeanor for keeping this scumbag locked up. What have you got to lose?
I write a letter and I talk to one of the board members by phone...I can’t afford to GO to the hearing, but they call me and get my statement and then pass it around to the other board members. They don’t even hold hearings like you see in movies...one member talks to me and to the monster, takes notes, includes those notes in the file, casts his/her vote and mails the file to the next voting member. That one reads everything in the file, letters, notes, everything...casts their vote and mails the file to the next. ...and so on until they have the votes to either deny or grant parole. 2 “no”s and he is denied parole, 3 “yes” and he is granted parole. (to go back out and do something worse to the next victim).
