George was born to TWO US citizens... therefore he was a US citizen at birth. he wasn’t a NBC as he was born on mexican soil, but that doesn’t matter

Wasn't George an American citizen at the time of his own birth -- both parents being U.S. citizens regardless of the fact that he was born in Mexico??? -- an American citizen, not a natural born American citizen.
