George doesn’t have to be a NBC for Mitt to be a NBC. George just had to be a US citizen when Mitt was born
and since George’s parents were both US citizens when he was born, then he was also a US citizen, whether or not he was born in Mexico. he didn’t have to declare anything, unless he renounced his US citizenship, which he didn’t

Who are you to tell me and judge? My husband was in the military for 25 years, and my daughter was born in Germany while he was serving. We lived there for 3 1/2 years in the early 70’s.

My very first question was “where you there under military orders” If so then yes your child can become president.
How ever your link is not correct “born of two US parents over seas” will not make the child a NBC and the child will not be qualified for the office.
