More than a year after it was first announced, Bristol Palin’s latest foray into reality TV will finally become, well, a reality, on June 19.
Only the premise has changed again slightly, bringing the premise tally to three, to date.
Lifetime announced Tuesday it will telecast two episodes of “Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp” each Tuesday night, following Bristol’s life as a single mom “living under intense media scrutiny that comes from her lineage as the daughter of former Alaska Governor and Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin.”
Only now she’ll be moving from Wasilla to Los Angeles with her younger sister Willow. And, apparently, back to Alaska “as she deals with parenting and disciplining her toddler without Tripp’s father.”

Yes, claiming that a single mom who got pregnant in HS and is now using the kid to get a TV show is a demonstration of family and conservative values is ridiculous.

Bristol Palin became a national spokeswoman for abstinence, and not aborting children, it is a formal role.
Her having sex with her high school sweetheart did not remove her from the human race, or condemn her forever, Bristol has become an inspirational representative of life and abstinence.

I don’t know about Willow but Bristol doesn’t want to be left alone.
She’s very active on facebook and actually sounds pretty darn smart.
I hope she stays true to her values and is a success.

The show turning out to be good or bad doesn't matter.....both the show and she will be panned because of the name "Palin"....nothing else matters.

That was a normal thing for them to do.

There is hero worship, and then there is white hot blind hatred.
Then there are those who hate social conservatism.
Bristol and Willow did not choose this life. This life was thrust upon them by the American people who called their mother to service.
It is likely that Bristol and even Willow will follow their Mother’s footsteps and become political commentators and perhaps even high political office.
I agree, 100%. If there were any blind hatred of a Palin here, I would jump on it, maybe even before you! But I just don't see any blind hatred here. I just see reasonable criticism.
It is not only the Palin name, but Bristol has her own conservative voice, the media will never give her fair treatment.
You could see the treatment of her book, although it became a best seller on the New York Times lists.
I could be if good intentions are outweighed by a life that, to date, is chaotic and unrepresentative of "traditional values and morality." Bristol should settle down, find a "father-figure" for her kid and make something of herself before she tries to become some sort of conservative example.
She's just trying to make some moolah while her Mom's still in the news. I'm way tired of it.
