He'd faint dead away.A few years back there was a story on local news about an Indian tribe in Rhode Island that was selling cigarettes on their land (reservation?) without charging state tax.There was a film clip showing RI state cops taking people away in cuffs...it even showed a cop roughing up a guy.I didn't hear anything about the final resolution of the case.
