That is really sad. Just saw that video again the other day of him prying Ryan Leaf off of that reporter.

Tragic day for his family, dark day for Chargers fans.

OMG. Seau is dead and Todd Marinovich is still alive???
San Diego is in a state of shock. Seau was sqaured away. No history of drugs or crimes.
To: Perdogg
Very sad to hear... prayers up for his family..

As a SD native a lifetime Charger’s fan, he was a hero to kids and adults too.

What a waste. Think of all the young folks who have died from cancer or young troops who never returned from war. This guy just pisses his life away.

Very sad.
Seau was just one of a long list of former Chargers who went on to greatness after leaving the Chargers. He was a very good player on a not so very good team.

Just damn. I have followed his career since he was a standout at Oceanside High School. Prayers to his family and loved ones.

That’s terrible. Great player. Very sad.

He played for so long, football was probably his life.
Very sad.

So sad! So hard to believe, too. I just saw Junior at the San Diego Trojan Club dinner a couple of weeks ago. He looked great and made some very inspirational remarks. Hopefully more info will come out on what caused him to do this; I would like to understand it better.

How very sad. A standout linebacker as a Trojan and even better in the NFL.

That is a shame, Junior seemed a solid guy. Who knows what personal difficulties he may have been experienceng.
These guys seem expert at parlaying millions earned while playing into a financial Chernobyl.
