I’ve avoided it for decades, but Newark was the most depressing airport by far. O’Hare is a huge hassle every time. Besides small airports like New Haven-Tweed and Rockford, Minneapolis rates very well with me.
Flew into Newark last year, it has improved immensely since last time I went through it.
It's been a few years since I've been there, but Newark got an improvement from "Horrific" to "Marginal".
You're right though....20-25 years ago, it was a dump. Dangerous, too.
Agree totally. I’ll say this again...I’ve in airports from Bankok to Beirut and Newark, New Jersey sucked the most.
