I saw them in 1972!

They probably couldn’t get to the high notes for Eli.

3DN was the first concert I ever went to (circa 71 or 72) in Denver.

I saw them about the same time and they could not harmonize at all.

The missus and I saw them a few months ago in Dec.
They’ve still “got it”. And yes....they can still hit
all the high notes. It was great. A must see group for
those of us who remember them the first time around in the
70’s.

I saw them in 1971 on a bill with Rod Stewart and Steppenwolf. As far as high notes go, I recently saw The Zombies...their lead singer came right out and hit the high notes on “I Love You.” It was a beautiful thing!
