Well... There is good news and bad news regarding Austin.
I went to the ACS today to inquire about adopting Austin.
The first is the good news. Austin was adopted yesterday. The bad news, It wasn’t me who adopted him.
However I did see a 2 year old golden Lab/Retriever mix that I want and will now have to spend the rest of the day convincing my wife that our Golden needs a pal.
You are a good man, EQAB, so I fairly certain you married a good woman ; ) Best wishes on getting that 2nd Golden home safe and sound.
