The eyewitness account gives the lie to the rent a cop park rangers story. You are assuming the park ranger is telling the truth rather than trying to squirm out of a situation she created.
What legitimate cop detains someone for a dog off a leash and then tazes the heart patient?

First off, NPS rangers aren't rent-a-cops; they are sworn federal officers. And speaking of lies, you apparently didn't take note of the suspect providing his real name after being arrested. He's already in effect admitted to lying about his name, what makes you think he was telling the truth about his “heart condition”?

There is no evidence the guy was truthful as to his heart condition either. He lied to her, gave his real name to the police. So what if an ambulance was involved. No evidence.
