The first time I read “Alas Babylon” was sitting on the veranda of my barracks in the Philippines in 1962. It is as relevant today as it was back then. It’s been years since I’ve read it and I think it’s time to revisit it.
After wearing out three paperback copies of AB, I finally broke down and bought a hardback from Amazon. Great book. Too bad it wasn’t made into a movie.
