Everywhere ya go in LA, there is nothing but foreigners, most of which refuse to assimilate, refuse to speak English, or abide by the rules.

It's wasn't enough for the government to roll out the red carpet for millions to enter illegally, so they decided to import millions more from Muslim countries, legally.
