Found it:
Chicken Wing Dip
4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded.
In a skillet cook until smooth:
10oz cream cheese and 8oz bottle ranch dressing.
Add:
10ox bottle of Franks Red Hot Chicken Sauce
Chopped celery (to your liking)
Chicken
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Place in 9x13” pan and top with Monterey Jack Cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy! I got this recipe from my fav girlies’ real grandmother.

VRWCboy was born at home using natural childbirth (actually he was just in such a hurry that he headed out as soon as the EMT arrived at the house) so MrsVRWC did not get an ephemeral during the procedure.
