It is a CNN debate, so most likely they will have you submit your question in advance. Now if all they do is select a question and the moderator reads it, that is one thing. If however, they let the submitter of the question actually ask the question then you have a chance. CNN producers won't let any question by that is critical of "The One" or touches on any of the scandals. So submit a question like:

"The economy is in bad shape and is beginning a recovery and the President is doing all he can to pull us out of it. Why can't all of you get on board and stop the partisanship and concentrate on helping the country ? "

Of course, that question is a bunch of crap and could have been written by CNN themselves - which is why they will probably choose it. Now if they call your name to ask that question, don't ask that one- choose from the many suggestions above. What are they going to do ? Stop you and say that wasn't the pre-approved questions the producers decided on ? - thus revealing how one sided the debate questions are.
