A senior member of a Massachusetts local Hells Angels chapter was charged on Sunday with the murders of three men, including a key witness scheduled to testify against him, prosecutors said.
Adam Hall, 34, a reputed sergeant-at-arms at the Berkshire Hells Angels motorcycle club was charged with three counts of murder, kidnapping and intimidation of a witness, said Berkshire County District Attorney David Capeless.
David Chalue, 44, and Caius Veiovis, 31, also have been charged with murder, kidnapping, and intimidation of a witness in the triple murder, Capeless said.

The remains of David Glasser, Edward S. Frampton and Robert T. Chadwell, all of Pittsfield, were discovered in Berkshire County Saturday, Capeless said. They had been missing since Aug. 28. “This is the end of the search for David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell, but it is also the beginning of our efforts to bring to justice those who are responsible for their deaths,” Capeless said in a news release. He did not provide details on how the victims’ remains were found or other information about the case and investigation. Glasser was expected to testify this month in the robbery, assault and kidnapping trial of Hall, the reputed sergeant at arms of the Berkshire County chapter of the Hells Angels. Adam Lee Hall, identified by Capeless as a high ranking member of the local Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, was already facing drug and weapons charges, but David Glasser, on of the murder victims, was also set to testify against Hall in an upcoming assault case— and that fact provides a motive. “This had to do with Glasser’s being a witness in a pending criminal case,” Capeless admitted, “Unfortunately we believe that Frampton and Chadwell were in the wrong place at the wrong time.” Adam Lee Hall was scheduled to go on trial September 19th for allegedly beating David Glasser with a baseball bat and then trying to frame him for a robbery to discredit him.

Roy C. Gutfinski Jr., 26, of Augusta, and Jason L. Daprato, 36, of Manchester and Rockland, are being held without bail at Kennebec County jail, charged with violating probation by committing crimes in Massachusetts.
Both men were arraigned Wednesday via video in Augusta District Court and denied the charges listed by their probation officer.
Gutfinski was ordered held without bail, and his next court appearance in Maine is set for June 5.
District Attorney Evert Fowle said Daprato was removed from the hearing room at the jail Wednesday because of his behavior. Fowle said Daprato will be appear again on the probation revocation charges today.
Fowle said both Gutfinski and Daprato have long criminal records. He said Daprato could face two years behind bars and Gutfinski even longer.
“They should expect to do all the remaining time on these violations,” Fowle said.
Gutfinski was convicted in 2000 of being an accomplice to an assault in Augusta in which a girl’s back was sliced with a razor blade and her blood imbibed. Daprato was convicted of in 1999 of assaulting three teens in Gardiner with a baseball bat.
A document filed with the Kennebec County Superior Court by Gutfinski’s probation officer charges that Gutfinski committed 12 violations of probation, three of those in New Bedford.
Roy Gutfinski and Daprato were arrested Sept. 5, 2006, after two women used a cell phone to call police from inside the bathroom of a New Bedford hotel room.
According to a New Bedford police report, the two women had gone to the room with the men after meeting them in the Foxy Lady club, but became nervous after the men shed clothing and used cocaine. The women said the men then refused to let them leave.
Daprato and Gutfinski were arrested and charged there with kidnapping and possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Then again, it could be Caius owned an interest in the “Top of the Sixes” restaurant atop the building on 666 Fifth Avenue in New York City.
