in the 1980’s and 1990’s, the sun was the most active it’s been, in the past 1000 years.
...and temperatures went up!

in the past 10 years, the magnetic flux readings, etc., are the lowest ever recorded by instruments. sunspots are down.
...and the earth has gotten colder, since 2003.
