Reagan declared in November 1979. If only he had declared earlier he might have won. How about if we get to November 2012 and she still hasnt declared? Will she still be running? Can you pull out of 'running in' a race before you actually declare you are in it?

As much as I want to see a conservative run and win I can't support her for one simple reason, she quit as Governor of Alaska. If someone cant stand the political heat in Alaska they sure as hell wont be able to in Washington..
puts on flame suit..

You sound like a realist. Well thank you, FRiend! I consider that a fine compliment.

Maybe you should run, since you know so much more than Sarah about campaign tactics and how to outmaneuver state-run media.

I’d like to hear Sarah say, “Time has slipped by, and my family is growing. I’ll be back sometime later on.”

My guess: Perry/Palin or Palin/Perry. Late entry and probably a winner.

As much as I want to see a conservative run and win I can't support her for one simple reason, she quit as Governor of Alaska. She resigned so that Alaska's business could be taken care of without being burdened by the frivolous ethics complaints circus. (Not a single complain was upheld.)
So, how exactly did her resignation hurt Alaska?
Appears to me that she had the best interest of her state at heart, rather than her own political fortunes.
Can you see Zero resigning for the good of the country?

RE :”
He made a huge mistake IMHO, pulling this stunt. I really, really liked what he had to say, and am pretty darn miffed at having fallen for it. Hows the saying go? Fool me once,...”
Well not me. From day one I was pointing out here how he was a liberal and his ‘promises’ of how he would fix our foreign policy was a bunch of made up nonsense, for those looking for easy answers. I been noticing that presidential elections tend to be jokes in general because you got uninformed voters looking for easy answers they can just latch onto without investigation(we have an internet now) , till after the election. Look at Obama's election.
You are honest, I respect that. The above is not personal to you.

GOP Lady is that you?
Would you by any chance, prefer Mitt?
To: paulycy
I think she should run. All good conservatives should jump in and let the primary chips fall where they may.

Trump outmaneuvering more than the state run media, he outnumbered many Republicans that were sure he was running. Time will tell how this one will play out.
