It seems like just a couple of weeks ago Miss Piggy was cavorting in my back yard, merrily eating her freshly baked corn cakes, hidden from the coppers.

I miss her a little, and being the sentimental sap that I am, I decided a BBQ was in order this evening.

Ribs and tenderloin on the grill with my home-made BBQ sauce with coffee.

Mmmmmm. BBQ pig, 'tater salad, and baked beans. I consider that a fitting memorial.
