It is going, in fact, to pay the salaries of Guennie’s husband and 2/3rds, who are GENIUSES and spend their salaries on businesses which, in turn, pay other PEOPLE’S SALARIES. It is putting a lot of dollars into people’s hands who actually need the money AND EARN IT!
