There are a lot of extrapolations and nuttiness out there about this stuff, but it is based on some disclosed government documents.

I think it is safer to assume somebody in government WILL try any amoral or immoral technique available if it will help his career;and therefore we must guard against such people.
Thanks for the info. Please tell me MKULTRA didn’t use children suffering from progeria for testing. That would be too much to bear.
