Why don’t you use an open source alternative like OpenSuse or Ubuntu? These are all as easy to use as Windows, free, and relatively immune to spyware, adware, viruses, etc.?

I have those installed lol, but my main OS is Slackware Linux it is the oldest version of Linux still around and very stable. A lot of programs that use almost 100% cpu in other systems will only use around 30 to 40% in Slackware very low resource usage.

Dont want to hijack the thread but I left out another favorite VectorLinux based on Slack and made IN Canada!
